NôsFund™ Early Access Terms

1. Interest registration only

The early access page is used to collect expressions of interest from potential supporters, founders, partners and institutions. Submitting the form does not guarantee access, project approval, funding, publication, partnership or any commercial arrangement.

2. No regulated financial activity

NôsFund is a project-discovery and community information platform. It does not provide investment advice, arrange investments, operate a crowdfunding platform, issue e-money, provide payment services, hold client money, accept deposits, manage investments, or make financial promotions.

3. Founder submissions

Founder submissions are initial expressions of interest only. NôsFund may review, reject, request further information or defer any project submission at its discretion.

4. Supporter expectations

Supporter registration does not create a right to support any project, receive a financial return, receive a reward, receive a product, or participate in any payment or funding activity.

5. Future regulated activity

Any future regulated activity will require the appropriate authorisation, exemption, appointed representative arrangement, or approval by an authorised person before it is offered.

6. Intellectual property

The NôsFund name, logo, design, page content, platform concept, structure and related brand assets are protected as business assets. Unauthorised copying, imitation or misleading use is not permitted.
