We use this information to validate market interest, review potential founder or partner submissions, communicate launch updates and improve the platform design before public launch.

Where you request updates, we rely on your consent. Where we review founder, partner or platform interest, we may rely on legitimate interests in developing and protecting the NôsFund platform.

5. How long we keep it

Early access submissions should be reviewed periodically and deleted when no longer needed for platform validation, onboarding, communication or legal record purposes.

6. Your choices

You can request access, correction or deletion of your submitted information by contacting the NôsFund team through the official contact email used for the platform.

7. Platform status

NôsFund is currently a project-discovery and community information platform. Registering interest does not create an investment, donation, payment, financial promotion or entitlement to project approval.
